CTI

Hello, 

We are upgrading to Pega 8.5 version from Pega 7. The CTI user interface in Pega 8 is a icon to the right side of the banner compared to the full display in Pega 7. 

Is there way to retain the Pega 7 CTI user interface with upgraded Pega 8.5??

@RubenK98 When customers move to 8.5 they would no longer use the older UI, but additionally request you to please let us know "Which Pega platform and Pega call version are you upgrading to 8.5?"
