CTI Pega Screenpop error. Error displaying screenpop harness

During Pega PRPC upgrade from Pega 5.x to Pega 7.1 we encountered CTI Pega Screenpop error. The harness of the screenpop is throwing error.

error description:

Display error

Error trying to process Action that failed PopupCall1 For Class.

Can anyone please help on this.

Please share the exact steps. Are you facing this issue during PRPC upgrade? if so which version of pega 7 and in which step? detailed logs and steps will help us to understand it more
