@Bhargavj3227   Currently, Pega Constellation does not offer an out-of-the-box configuration to automatically log out agents from third-party embedded applications (such as Amazon Connect CCP) when a user logs out from the Pega portal, as the embeddable UI controls its own session, separate from Pega’s. However, you can implement a custom logout handler using the Amazon Connect Streams API in your Pega application (operates at the client/session level). To auto logout a CSR from Amazon Connect CCP when they log out from the Pega Constellation portal, we can use a small custom script. This script should be added to the Pega logout process. In this script, we call the Amazon Connect Streams API method connect.agent().logout() to log the agent out of CCP. Once the logout from CCP is complete, we then allow the normal Pega logout to continue. This setup needs a JavaScript extension or custom component inside Pega Constellation. It ensures that both systems log out the user at the same time, improving security and session handling. There is no direct setting in Pega for this, so custom code is required
