@Bhargavj3227   Currently, Pega Constellation does not offer an out-of-the-box configuration to automatically log out agents from third-party embedded applications (such as Amazon Connect CCP) when a user logs out from the Pega portal, as the embeddable UI controls its own session, separate from Pega’s. However, you can implement a custom logout handler using the Amazon Connect Streams API in your Pega application (operates at the client/session level).
