When we start an interaction by selecting an individual; Should Pega showcase all accounts she is authorised to i.e. both Personal & Organisation in the Select Account screen?
What is the behavior of Customer 360 with respect to the account selected i.e. does information in customer 360 depend on the account selected in previous step? Also, if we switch to another account in Customer 360, will the composite view change?
