Error while Installing Customer Relationship Management in 7.3
Hi Everyone,
I was trying to install Customer Relationship Management_7.22 in Pega 7.3 Platform. But, faced an error while doing this.
The import was being stopped at a completion of 43.67% and then page became unresponsive. This happened multiple times when I tried to import and the page becomes unresponsive at the same percentage of completion.
Could you please let me know if someone has come across the same error while installing CRM and if any solution available.

Thanks for your reply. The issue is resolved now. We have found that there wasn't enough RAM Space available for the application instance. Hence we modified the ENV batch file settings and tried importing again, after that it worked fine and we were successfully able to install the CRM.

Please post the PegaRULES log file from when you tried the import. Do you have a screenshot of the UI around the time it becomes unresponsive?
