Creating cases from SQL integration
I have a requirement for our Pega Case Management tool to create cases based on new items in a SQL table.
We have a SQL table that records all the new requests from users, which ultimately need to be created in Pega as new cases. We are looking to establish an upstream integration with that SQL table, and have functionality to create new cases in Pega based on new records in that table.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
