Create a new row after hit the button

Guys, can it possibly be if I hit the button Add, fill the data, Save, then a new row Risk_No will be created under the first no? please help me.

Hello,

I haven't tried this inhouse. Please try the below:

On add button, after the add action, please try add another action Refresh Section with a data transform which increments this value (property set)
