Screen freezes after clicking "create excel" button
Hi all,
I create an activity that exports page list to an excel file using pxConvertResultsToCSV activity. There is a button for creating excel and "refresh section with activity" action works behind the button. It works well. But, after clicking the button, all the controls don't work anymore until refreshing the screen or reopening the case.
Is there anyone who has an idea bout this situation?

Hi Emrah,
Did you trace the event when you click on the button? Are there any errors in tracer? Can you please send us the tracer and fiddler files for further investigation?

Yes, I traced but there is no tracer activity when i want to click some buttons or checkbox like everythin is broken.
