Hi @ManoharK9436, I don't think there's an OOTB way to handle this, but you can create a counter property(PhoneClicks) and on click of the button you can call refresh this section and run a data transform within and increase the counter value by +1.
Then you need to add a disable when condition on the phone button which would simply check if PhoneClicks>3 then return true.

@ManoharK9436 Since you have mentioned its a call Button, there will be a History or the Interaction / Some action performed on that button, You can consider if there are 3 interaction happened with certain timeframe according to your Business Requirement. Can disable it.
why this approach since its call Functionality there will be some thing relater to call that gets populated on screen, same thing happens on CRM application . So using this OOTB feature background , we can build that solution.
