After clicking view button the screen get freeze.
After submitting all the details I just submit the form .Then I click the view button to review those details but after clicking view details button screen getting freezed.

Can you check if any errors coming in tracer? Anything showing in logs?

Kindly check the view details section and flow isnt configured properly. Then trace this flow and check if any error will be displayed.
