Refresh action appends a new row to the grid after add/ delete a row

Team,

I have a grid, I run a d.t to append a row to the grid, refresh the grid after running d.t, Now if the user adds a row or deletes the added row and refreshes the browser or clicks on Save or makes a screen refresh, a new row gets appended to the grid.

I am using Pega 8.1 version

HI Nandini,

If you can add screenshots of the grid configurations, we can check if the issue replicates in-house as well. 
Also can you try adding a when condition for add a row or delete a row so that the DT is not executed?

1.Hi ,Could you please check the source of the grid in the clipboard after refreshing the section and after performing the delete action.

2.Check if there are any extra items getting added in the page list .

3.Could you please attach the configuration of the data transform that you are currently using.
