Repeat Grid/ Table Layout Row Refresh Issue
Hi, I have a Table Layout having few columns (having dropdown and text input controls) and there is some data dependency between few columns. Inline edit mode is set to "click row to edit" and I have configured "Double Click" event to make the rows editable again if row was focused out.
Now since there is data dependency between few columns, I have been trying to use "Refresh row" action with "Change" event but the problem I am facing is, the moment I am selecting any value from say column-1 and row gets refresh, it updates the value in other column and required fields but the row goes to read only even though there are few columns left which are mandatory.
Not sure if I am missing any configuration here. Appreciated any help. Thanks

Hi,
If I have understood your requirement correctly, below are my response.
- You have configured a row refresh on-change of a property in a column.
- If the value is changed the respected row will be refreshed as per the configuration.
- If the row to be refreshed on-change of a property is in the first column of the table, then the row will be refreshed on-change and tabbed out.
- It will not look for other properties to update.
- If you want a row to be refreshed after completing the entire row edit you can configure the same for the last column configured.

Try the rows always editable option. That could work better for your scenario. Also i am not sure what you mean the table becomes "readOnly" -- after the update of other columns, are you not able to click on the row to edit again ?
