New SOAP Integration - "Create" button disabled

Hello,

When I attempt to create New SOAP Integration I am unable to create the connection as the "Create" button is disabled, although no validation issues are indicated. Can you please advise on what might be the issue?

You are currently in the PegaRULES application, which is locked.

The wizard you are using needs to modify the current application, so you cannot run it in this context.
You must create your own Application, switch to it, and run the wizard from within that Application.

I will talk to someone about making this easier in the future. The lack of messaging on why you are unable to continue is less than ideal.
