Collapsible section headers
Hi,
We have configured collapsible headers for the sections on our screen. However the collapsible icon shows up on some system and doesn't show up on on other.
Is it something to do with IE version? OR some settings need to be done on IE?

Hi Kunal,
Enable Standard mode in Harness rule in Advanced tab and Change IE document mode to other and perform as mentioned in the suggestion which will display after chosing Other.

Thanks for the reply. But I did not understand how does it work on on system and cant work on other? If its a harness level configuration, it should affect all the clients.

Icon for collapsible header type is not visible in IE8 browser.
so could you please verify at your end which version of IE browser's are installed in the system where the icon is not visible.

May be its the behaviour of Responsiveness, make the changes in the skin rule for breakpoint change of collapsible header.
