Hi Suranjith,

You can leave the Title with text field empty. And you will observe that an empty cell is placed in the Header bar. You may add a Link or Button in this cell.

While I would not normally recommend deprecated controls/features, I did not find a modern equivalent just yet. 

But if you inspect the "New" harness there are some OOTB deprecated icons that may be able to achieve what you are looking for.
