We are migrate our UIKit customer service application to Pega Constellation. Followed the exact steps as mentioned in the pega academy course: https://academy.pega.com/module/coexistence-constellation-service-requests/v1?

Created Constellation app and created a new case type. Created new UIKit application to consume the above created case type as a remote case. When creating the remote cases from the UI kit application, the screen show blank. Remote cases are not getting created. Logs info is not helping in understanding the issue. not able to debug much, any suggestions.
