Customer Service UIKit based and Constellation on the same environment
Are there any restrictions to run 2 Customer Service Application on the same Pega cloud instance when one of the Customer Service Applications is UIKit based and the other constellation?
Of course we might need to increase RAM or CPU and so on, this is not my question.
I mean Pega based, do I need to consider there some restrictions?
Both applications will be completely independent from each other with their own Application Layer build on CustomerService (UIKit) or CustomerService (Constellation), the only what they will share will be the infrastructure.

There are no inherent restrictions within Pega that prevent running both a UIKit-based and a Constellation-based Customer Service separate applications on the same instance, provided:
- The applications have independent application layers and dependencies.
- The instance is properly configured to support Constellation services.
- Shared resources (e.g., authentication, queues, APIs) are scoped to avoid interference.

Technically YES. This should be fine as long as both apps are independent and have enough hardware to support the load on Production. Constellation CS leverages the Common Data Model and Constellation UI Kit will be the legacy way, so the data model would also be different for both apps. I believe running both apps on the same instance will not have any impact.
