Constellation UI - Custom Logo issue
Hi Team,
We are adding custom logo in Constellation UI, the image is not getting loaded and returning 400 error in the browser log. Please refer the attachment.
We are using Pega cloud and verified the below post as well. Any other suggestions?

Seems like the image is not uploaded properly or can be a size issue, can you try uploading a different image or same image for different portal ; and share your observations.

We tried different image as well but it didn't work, facing same issue. 400 Bad request in the network tracer

It works fine for me. I checked it on Pega Cloud instance.
Could you please confirm the Application logo rule is created Technical -> Binary File? Also, please check Web portal has the correct logo information referred (attached screenshots for your reference)?

Please refer the steps we followed 1) In constellation UI configuration selected custom logo and uploaded the image (DEV Environment) 2) Verified the image is loaded under Technical > Binary file 3) The custom logo is getting displayed in Application (DEV Environment) 4) Migrated the changes to AIT environment 5) Verified the image exist in Technical > Binary file 6) The custom logo is Not getting displayed in Application (AIT Environment)

Please try re saving the portal rule, seems like the App Static server is not updated.
