CoBrowse Timeout & Inactivtiy

We're wondering what the inactivity time out is for Co-Browse. We're using the OOTB capability and observing it appeared to be about 7 or 8 minutes.

Is this support article still relevent for 7.31?

Yes, these Co-Browse timeouts happen when there is no actions from either of the parties (customer and co-browse representative). the ideal time is 5 minutes and and it starts a count-down and during the countdown if you do any action (at least moving the mouse) the count-down pop disappears and co-browse continues.

yes, this feature there in 7.31
