Co-browse Recording Download Format

For Pega Cobrowse 7.3.1

Hi folks,

Co-browsing recording is done in Document Object Model (DOM) format, which can be easily viewed via the browser. But Pega Co-browse also provides the feature to download the video recording of the Co-browse session.

Can anyone tell us the format of the downloaded recording? And whether we need an additional software to playback the recording?

If possible, please share a sample of the Co-browse recording.

Hi, as far as I know, the co-browse recording plays back directly from the server. I don't think there's an option to download. They are stored on the co-browse server and streamed from there.

The recordings from Pega Co-browse portal can be downloaded. The same is also mentioned at the Pega Co-browse 7.3.1 Implementation Guide. (Screenshot attached)
