In-house for Facebook chat bot and co-browse

Hi,

We are doing some work on in-house server(http) of Pega 7.4 with Customer service 7.4, can we do the following implementation?

1. Co-Browse

2. Pega chat

3. Facebook bot

Please suggest.

Note: I checked the Facebook configuration, where it's asking for HTTPs, not sue will work for HTTP or not.

Co-browse and Chat will work with HTTP as long as both the CSR side AND the customer side are both using HTTP. Facebook bot requires the Facebook messenger infrastructure to be able to access your PRPC server from outside any firewalls, so that will require HTTPS.
