Delete Co-Browse Recording
I have a requirement on my current engagement to remove/delete old Co-Browse recording. To my knowledge Co-Browse doesn't offer this function OOTB.
I have a requirement on my current engagement to remove/delete old Co-Browse recording. To my knowledge Co-Browse doesn't offer this function OOTB.
The Requirement as phrased in the usecase: "As a Business owner, I want to delete all the co-browse recordings from Pega DB which are more than 30 days old so that XYZ organization can be legal and GDPR compliant"
We are using Pega 7.31, PegaCS 7.31 and Co-Browse 7.4.
I understand that Co-Browse uses a different database to the Pega Platform. What would be the recommended approach to removing the Co-Browse recording from the Co-Browse database, also are there any records in the Pega Platform DB that would also need to be removed?

At this time the only way to delete recordings would be to delete them from the database. Also, this is possible only if the Co-browse solution is hosted On-Premise. Deletion queries cannot be executed on Cloud Hosted Co-browse.
Providing ability to delete Co-browse recordings OOTB is under consideration as a future roadmap item.

Thanks, this is indeed an on premise installation. Can you provide any guidance as to which records within the database would need to be deleted? Is it a single table or multiple for instance?
