Not sure if it is a known issue. When cobrowsing with a customer, there is an alert box , which uses the window alert() method, popping up from the current webpage on the customer side and it doesn't appear in the agent's side. I understand that the DOM elements of the current page is shared in a cobrowse session and that alert box is not part of it. But is there any way to make the alert window visible on the agent side too? Or should it be a product enhancement request?
