Alert window not showing in Co-browse

Hi,

Not sure if it is a known issue. When cobrowsing with a customer, there is an alert box , which uses the window alert() method, popping up from the current webpage on the customer side and it doesn't appear in the agent's side. I understand that the DOM elements of the current page is shared in a cobrowse session and that alert box is not part of it. But is there any way to make the alert window visible on the agent side too? Or should it be a product enhancement request?

Hello,

I want to make sure we are talking about alerts in the same way.  

Can you share the text of an alert on the customer side you also want to show on the agent side?

Please see the attached screenshot. The alert window pops up on the customer side. But it cannot be displayed on the agent side in a co-browse session.
