Co-Browsing popup is showing suddenly; need to get rid of this
My application is built on Pega CS 7.1.4 on Pega 7.2.1.
We don't use the Pega Co-Browsing functionality in our application and we didn't do anything related the same.
But, suddenly the Co-Browsing popup is getting shown on the portal since last couple of month, although intermittently. Please check the attached screenshot.
Later, we found the way to replicate the scenario.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Keep the cursor in the Global search box.
- Press CTRL+Enter.
- Suddenly the Popup gets shown.
How to remove this Co-Browsing popup ? Please suggest if there is any configuration ?

We got the solution finally !
There is a customer control: PortalCobrowsing, present in the section "CPMInteractionPortalHeader" of interaction portal. This is the OOTB functionality of Pega CS framework.
The functionality of the above mentioned control is: If user clicks any fields under the Interaction portal header area and after that press CTRL+Enter, then suddenly the Co-browsing popup gets shown.
Solution: We have changed the visibility - Never for the above mentioned control in the section "CPMInteractionPortalHeader".
