Cleanup / Remove existing cases that are not used any more
Hi,
during testing we create a number of cases, which are stuck or not needed any more. The problem is that our views are overloaded with such cases.
Is there a way to delete such cases with a DB script or a PEGA PRPC Developer task?

HI Andre,
You can try to use Purge/Archive functionality in the Pega from Designer Studio > System > Tools > Purge/Archive. But the work objects status should be resolved inorder to purge/archive the work objects.

- You can use the wizard to purge the work items without archiving them. There is no easy way to ever recover the deleted work items, use this option with care.
- You cannot use the wizard to archive only. Archiving always occurs with purging, which removes the rows from the tables.
