Class relations between Offers, output templates and program runs
Hi,
For Pega marketing we need to create a report off all the offers that have been sent out for every program run. Unfortunately, i do not see a clear relationship between program run , offer and template classes. I woul like to make a report that shows, all the templates that have been sent out, which offer they are connected to and the campaign run. I am having dificulty seeing the class relationships. If anyone has an idea, i would like to hear it:)

Hi Mohamed,
You could use template rule -- File or DB template.
These templates are referenced either in the offer flow or in a campaign configuration ( output to DB or file). The reference in offer flow will allow multiple template in individual shapes, whereas reference in campaign will dump the total number of offers initiated during the campaign run either to a file or a DB table.

It seems this question is more related to reporting, than outputting results of a campaign, but I could be wrong - as there is a reference to template here, that I'm not following. If so, then Interaction History or VBD is your source. It has a record of all offers for all customers for all campaigns identified based on a number of dimensions like campaign, offer, treatment, etc. You might want to reference the data model here: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/interaction-history-data-model-pega-72-73
