Marketing Program Run Statistics
We are trying to get detailed timings for our Marketing campaign. Using Program Run statistic details we can get the total duration (ProgramRunDuration), segment refresh duration (StartingPopulationRefreshDuration) and strategy run duration (StrategyExecutionDuration). Is there any way to get more detailed timings? E.g. the total duration of offer flows?

There are not currently any additional statistics.
Talking to some of my colleagues something that has been done in the past is to add up all the component parts (segment and strategy execution ) and then take these away from the overall run time and use this as a proxy for the initialise offer phase. Note, this only tells you about how long the original offer initiation took and not any elongated time associated with any wait processing in the offer flows.
On 7.13 and 7.1.9, the main campaign flow (including the offer flow part) is driven by a data flow, if you look at the data flow summary screen whilst the campaign's executing you can see the average amount of time spent in the offerflow shape per record.
Further gathering of specific statistics would need to be submitted as enhancement requests.
