I have configured a Pega chatbot and I am able to interact with bot through some automated responses. I have also configured the chat bot, so that it can route the session to actual CSR for live human chat based on some command. But when we are testing, we can see after the session comes to human CSR, the automated bot interactions/ chat transcripts not visible to CSR. It can only view the chat conversations starting from human interaction command. Please let me know, how to show the entire transcript the CSR including conversations done through bot to a particular user.
