We have created the new digital messaging web messaging channel and deployed in the secured website. But when we trigger the chat with agent command, I am able to receive the pop in the interaction portal, but when i try to accept the chat, it is not creating the case and it just shows expired chat.
When I see the rule configuration, "ToasterPopForChat" section rule is in PegaAppCA:08-06-01
1. In the accept button action, Create work action is specified inside the run script and the parameters are not there. I will attach both the 8.5 and 8.6 rules for reference.
When I save as the 8.5 rule version into branch, I am able to create the chat interaction. Even after selecting accept, it was showing one more error. But atleast it is creating the case.

@PRAVEENKUMARS0792 Please file an INC for this. When you click on the Accept button, other checks are performed to ensure the state of the chat and only then is the Interaction created. So, there may be some other system issue or a potential override in your application that's causing this. What you are referring to is a very basic functionality and has been thoroughly tested in 8.6. So, there is something going on in your system and an INC is the best way to handle it.
