Changing OTP length in PEGA
Hi Team,
We are trying to customize OTP code from 8 digits to 6 or4 digits when a user logs in with Basic authentication and figured out there is no place where it can be updated as most of them are final. Please advise if there are any configurations internally that would support this change.

@Krishna Mohan K I checked the documentation and there is not OOTB method for this.
Pega is likely prescribing that an 8-digit level of security is needed. Pega Generates 8 digit OTP and it is the out of the box behaviour. There is no possibility of changing the number of digits if you use the OOTB rules.
8 digit OTP are the more secured as per standards.
