ForgotPassword and send OTP

Hello
I have a problem sending OTP. When I try to recover the password, it takes me to the form for entering a new password, but OTP does not send to the mail.

P.S.
The mail account works, the mail is sent throughout the application, the mail in the profile is correct.

Hello,

I have the same issue on PEGA Cloud 8.2.2,

email account works ( Default or xxx-WORK) on platform,

email account is set to MFA configuration.

the OTP code is sent by email when a user want to change password ( or on first connexion)

On forget password process, the OTP code is not sent.
