Changes in a Activity are not getting picked up during execution.

I have a activity named CreateSubCaseForAccountNo. I have updated the  the Obj-Browse logic to add a condition where it checks value of pxCoveredCount is less than value of AccountNumberCount. In the query created through this Obj-Browse, in where clause three criteria are expected but actually in tracer i see only two.
