Unable to Authorize flow action execution. JSP fragment error

Hi,

After submitting the flow action, I am getting the error INTERMITTENTLY as Unable to Authorize flow action execution. Sometimes, we are able to submit successfully. I have troubleshooted from my end, but I could not see any issue with the previleges or any other security condition present in the flow action.

After expanding the details, I could see error as - JSP fragment error. There are no % fileds which generally cause this issue.

Please suggest me on this issue.

Please check if there are any when rules configured on Security tab of the flow action ? May be these rules returning false sporadically.
