By "a way" I guess you mean an Out-Of-The-Box way of doing it, something already existing ? I don't believe we have such option by default but of course you can configure it.

You can check the audit and history tab for it.

Whenever you execute a flow action, it records an entry in the history which you can see if you go to Audit tab .

Find below screenshot. Here FA1 was my flow action .

I believe that history and audit info is on the db, so if you trace how the history and audit info is gathered, you can find which db table it is coming from.  /Eric

We had similar option upto Pega 63 SP1. It's more inclined towards enabling business for business process improvement so that they can adjust the likelihood of flow actions.

The report can help managers understand the real-world choices of your users and compare their behavior with the likelihood estimates on the flow diagram. For example, if the likelihood of a complex, lengthy, or expensive action was estimated at 2 percent, but experience shows that the action is selected 10 percent of the time, the situation merits investigation and research.

If you are looking for a specific work item, probably you can start customizing the report.

In case you are using any version prior to Pega7, look at this option:

Flow rule form --> Design Tab --> Tools: Flow Analysis

Trace this button click and see if the underlying rules remain in Pega7 to start with..

would running reports (report definition) on History-<ClassGroup> filtered with pyHistoryType = “F” (flow action) works? please share your comments/thoughts, Thank you!
