Advanced Agent : Get agent name while executing activity
Hello,
I've got numerous Advanced agent which execute periodically the same custom activity. (see configuration in attachment)
I'd like to log, during the activity processing, the name of the executor agent.
I already looked at the pxRequestor page, but I cannot find the agent name inside.
In my example, I'd like to get "TestPurgeTTRAgent" at the activity level.

Can you try passing the agent name as a parameter as use this param in the activity?

Since Agent will be running as a Batch requestor, I guess you can get the Batch Requestor name in your activity.
There must be a OOTB function for this or try using the pxrequestor page in your activity.

Thanks for your response. Already look the pxrequestor page trying to get property containing the agent name. Property that could suit is .pxUserIdentifier but is set as System if it is an agent.
Could not find on OOTB function to make the job.
For the moment, the only solution working come for @kanap2 , passing agent name as parameter. But I would prefer to get information from system.

We are getting the Agent name in our tables for the cases that are updated by Agent. So ideally it should be on clipboard.
Can you try pxRequestor.pyUserName.

Hi,
I have tried this property. In my case, it returns Agent(FdJ-FW-BPMFW-Work.TestPurgeTTR1), which is correspond with the Class and activity name. What I'm looking for is the agent name, in my case TestPurgeTTRAgent.
