Advanced agent is running but its functionality not performed .
Hi,
I have a agent which is configured as Advanced which is schedule for every 2 hrs ,as it time reaches it runs for 30sec but not performing the task as agent activity is not runing.it is working but when the agent is running, it is not performing the operation.I tried to trac the agent from SMA but when i stop and start it immediately goes to completed state . Whan can be te possible reason for agent not working ?

Do you have anything on your log files? Any specific error or anything like that?
You could set DEBUG level on your activity to verify what steps are really executed.

Hi MarcLasserre ,
There is no specific error in the logs and moreover even activity is not executing .Once we start the agent within 2 secs it goes to running to completed .So its hard to trace the agent from the SMA.
