Advanced Agent not running and got struck
While performing load test in acceptance environment with 1M records we observed that after processing 6.5L records the advanced agent was struck at a particular time stamp and is not running after that.
We tried to stop the agent and run it again, deleted the node but still it was running, has anyone faced such issue let me know if you guys have resolution for this issue,
And I also observed a similar issue like this, agents running late even tough the time interval was 5 sec for next run it was running quite late like around 2 mins or so even tough there were no records to process.

What do you mean by deleting the node?
What is the agent activity configured to do?
An advanced agent usually comes up and runs the activity that is configured and goes down. Agent interval only comes to picture only after the current run is completed. If the agent activity is more complex and is taking time to complete, the agent will still be running.

Deleting the Node meaning Agent Schedule is deleted.
Agent activity is configured to save the records to DB sent from Pega Marketing (Process Event Run it's a pega agent)
I am aware about the agent interval comes into picture after the run is complete but we see the delay even when there are no records to processes still it takes 2 mins to run.

Only tracing the agent will tell you whats really happening with the agent and why it is taking time though you don't have any records to process.
The alert log might also contain some information. Please look into it at the time of agent execution.
