Agent activity is getting failled

Hi team,

The agent activity is getting when we run the from the agent I am getting below error, if I run the activity from the designer studio manually , there is no error .

Error:- pyRuleSet: Your Operator ID does not allow Rule Check Out making it impossible to save a record belonging to a RuleSet that requires Check Out.

The agent has the "resumeflow" activity , at this step I am getting this error.

I have checked with giving the same group in the agent.

Could you please help me to resolve the issue.

I'm not too sure how the "Check Out" is related in this resumeflow call.

Normally when you check out a rule it will do this into your personal ruleset (and lock the original). But an agent doesn't have a personal ruleset, so I'm not sure how this would be possible unless you manage to implement some way to do it by proxy.
