Change in Operator ID of PEGA 7.2 Environment
hi Team,
We are currently looking for a solution to change the operator from one to another for a system which is in production for last 2 years.
What are the different things needed to be considered before modifying operator ID in PEGA 2.1 version?>

Do you want to "Save as" current operator id to another?

Right. We have had an alpha numeric operator id for almost 2 years and we are planning to change it to numeric operator id in pace of old one.
please advise an easy way to modify it.

Hi,
I am not sure how you can modify the existing Operator ID to change from alpha numeric to numeric.
But you can do a "SaveAs" on the existing Operator ID or create a new numeric Operator ID.
