Hi - my client is interested in an upgrade from Pega 7.2 to 7.3. We'd be conducting this in our Pegacloud environment. Given that this is a cloud environment, I'd like to understand what kind of options we have available.

For example, ideally we'd be able to perform this upgrade on a clone of our normal DEV instance, and then, after testing that it's successful, we re-wire our cloud instances' network mapping to point to our newly upgraded clone of DEV (while we sunset the old DEV instance). This would allow for a relatively smooth upgrade without touching the original DEV instance.

Are such options available? And either way, who should I contact for addressing these questions?
