Skin changes does not reflect in accordion in PRPC 7.2
I am trying to update the active and inactive backgrounds for the header in an Accordion format. But the changes made does not reflect in the runtime, even when the same format is referred in the section. When I make the same changes in PRPC 7.1.8, I am able to see the changes at runtime. Is there any configuration change that needs to be made specifically in 7.2 for the changes to reflect?

Hi Lakshmi,

Can you please try by setting the background by using Specify styles instead of mixin and let us know the behavior ?

I have tested the sample inhouse and it is working for both mixin/specified styles. Initially the changes were not reflected, but after clearing browser cache and re-login, the styles were getting applied.

Hi Mounika, Thanks for your reply! I have tried this approach already but still facing the same issue. Also, please note that we are working on CLM framework, hence, the application skin inherits from the CLM skin. Regards, Lakshmi

Hi Lakshmi,

You can check whether the given format is correctly picked or not by inspecting the accordion element in the developer tools. That will give you more insight on what background color and what format is being picked.

Hi Mounika, Yes I have double checked that and have seen that the format where the change is made and the format which is being referred on the screen is the same. Is there any way to debug if the changes done are being overridden somehow? Regards, Lakshmi

Try using !important with your color attribute and see whether that makes any difference or not. 

Also using F12 / Chrome debugger can help you to identify where exactly your style is getting overridden and you can then adjust your styles accordingly.
