Hi Friends,

In 8.5, We are getting an exception during sending an email from a button event, where email is sent out with out any issue and no validation issue with the email ids.

Caught com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Caught unhandled exception : Unable to send email due to : 250 2.6.0 <1519327516.46.1625244967330@ip-XX-YYY-ZZ-AA> [InternalId=260055974805901, Hostname=SCMEX01.dd.XYZ.com] Queued mail for delivery

Whenever we sent email its throwing this exception in pdc and creating a fixcorrespondence assignment.

If anyone faces similar issue please share your inputs.
