Case worker Menu item (New) is not aligned properly

I have created a Case worker portal. For some reason the Menu item (New) is not aligning correctly. When I run the Harness in the browser, the Menu item aligns correctly. When I access the Portal the Menu item does not align properly. Please see the attached image. Thank you for responding in advance.

Hi,

Is the same happening with OOTB Case Worker Portal as well. 

Can you please check if there is any custom CSS which is causing this issue.
