Counter with the number of (new) Pulse posts
In the default User and Case Worker portal you can access Pulse via the menu on the left side of the screen.
Is there an OOTB way of showing the number of posts or is this maybe something that is on the backlog for future releases?
In addition to the above question, is there a way to show "new" posts (i.e. ones that haven't been shown earlier)?
The above functionality mimics the functionality of for instance the inbox in MS Outlook.

There is an API to get the count of posts for a given context. pxGetPulseMessagesCount
But there is no OOTB api to get the count of posts that are shown in the feed of Pulse tab. We can plan to consider this as Feedback.
Also showing the unread posts as new is something which is not available in Pulse posts. but there is concept of Notification Gadget in 7.3 and in that all the Pulse posts are shown as notifications. There the concept of read and unread is available.
