Case Not moving forward.

Hi, i have 4 stages and 3 alternate stage,

My case will gets created in Step 3 and click on submit its not going to next stage (which has 3 process.), once i click submit the gets ended.

Any info on this ?

Hi,

The case that gets created in step 3 , is a subcase to the main case ? 
Can you check the right side,part of the running case, where the newly created case may be rendering in the review mode ?

Can you please provide the screenshots of how you are creating the case?
