Can an operator from appl. B access and move forward the case type in appl. A?
Hi,
I am working with 2 application in Pega (A and B) running on the same system.
Application A has a case type that at one point needs an operator from application B to go further.
The requirement is that the operator from application B can access the case type in the application A without switching application.
Is there a way to achieve this?

One way it is possible is via REST API. You can use the update case API to run from application B to A, where in A you can set a declare trigger that will trigger on something coming in the incoming service, and the triggering activity will resume the flow forward.

@Giorgia Cirrito - Can also make use of mashup specific to case opening it in either review mode or in perform mode based upon the requirement.
Add the generated masuhp code in the non auto generated section on the screen to get the case loaded on different application.

@Giorgia Cirrito in this case, both the operators are having access to this common case type. Then just routing it to the user will be enough. User can login and check there dashboard, case will be there in their dashboard.
