Hide Case Type Access
Is there a way to hide the case type and allow some users to access. I dont want to provide authorize message to user instead want to hide it.

@KishoreKumarM4630Not sure if there an easier way of doing this but you can add a post processing activity to D_StartingFlows to filter out the case types.

@BhanuPrakash_G Yes there is sortingflows which can be used ,before going to activity i want to try other options.

@KishoreKumarM4630 I also think from 8.x, we have only Startingflows approach to hide case types to users based on privilege. But if we have simpler approach that would be great.

To restrict specific user from creating case, you can specify privilege in navigation rule

@bhavanasahithi In your approach privilege does it hide only one casetype or all .I believe it does hide all

Yes, you can restrict the visibility of a case type by specifying a required privilege. This way, only users with the specified privilege can see the case type, while others cannot.
