Hello Pega folks,

We have a customer requirement to create cases while uploading xls sheet ( with multiple tabs ) in parent case. the sheet may contain more than 50k+ rows and including the column headers to create child cases for the parent case from the rows of data provided.

We require guidance and support on the recommended design approach for implementing this requirement following Pega’s best practices and optimal performance of processing the child cases.

Parent case only worked very few times but it will stays in a work basket whenever cases get created.

Here I am attaching the sample file which will come to pega and read the excel sheet and create cases. it has multiple tabs. can some suggest me the best design for this.
