Case ID Hyperlink in Email Notification to access WO and proceed with further flow
Hi All,
We have implemented few Email notification to end user during the case life cycle.
Now our requirement is to implement the case ID hyperlink in the email notification where user click on case id hyperlink and user should access complete portal and proceed with next assignment in the work flow.
Looking for some implementation steps if possible who have done similar functionality.

@VeerendraCh please try including WorkLink (Rule-Corr-Fragment) to the correspondence rule and check.

@Anoop Krishna Thank you for quick response, We have tried this and the issue with this approch is UI is not loading properly as similar as user login to portal manually.

@VeerendraCh If the UI is distorted, then you can try following the below steps
1. Save as the worklink rule to your corresponding application ruleset
2. search for "Review&InsHandle"
3. Replace review in the above string with your application name... ex:"XYZ&InsHandle" where XYZ is my application

@Animesh The issue has been resolved with worklink HTML fragment, basically skin rule is overriding for developer's and its working fine from user portal as user portal configured to use application skin.
