Case audit > history tab

Good afternoon,

Please can you tell me the event types that are shown in the case audit > history tab by default? We have not customized any of the related settings/rules.

Our customer would like to confirm the case audit information recorded by the system. e.g. case creation, assignment completion etc. We would like to compile a definitive list.

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for posting on PSC.

The audit tab contains the content of work object's history based on a work object's pzInsKey.

Review OOTB activity pxRetrieveReportData, to compile the list of all events captured.
